Price Match Promise:

We strive hard to provide the lowest prices for all products. If you do come across a lower price elsewhere on any UK based website - we will try our level best to match or better that price. The competitors price should include VAT and Delivery and the item must be in stock. With Ishoppe you can be assured that we won't be beaten on price or quality.

How to Obtain Price Match Offer:

You are required to fill the Price Match form. A note should be placed on our order system quoting Price Match, the product you wish us to Price Match, the URL, website address etc of where you have found the same product offered at the lower price, and the price you want us to match include Vat and Delivery.

At this point, no money is taken, and no contract has been entered into by either you the customer, nor us the vendor. If we agree the Price Match, we will email you back and confirm the order and you will pay the Price Match lower price for the product involved.

In the unlikely event we are unable to agree to the Price Match, you will be informed by email, and stock wont be reserved until we receive further instructions from you. No money is taken at this stage, and no contract has been entered into with Ishoppe.co.uk

Price Match Conditions:

1. The online shopping web-site where you found the product offered at a cheaper price must have the item in stock; the product must be new and not damaged; and be identical to our product. Competitor's offered price must be accurate, include any taxes, and applicable carriage charges (if any), and they must be prepared to sell the item to you at their quoted price.


2. Goods must not be part of bankrupt stock, nor offered through any sort of auction. They must not be end of line clearance items, shop-soiled items or similar or graded products.



3. We WILL NOT Price Match items from any website if that website is not able, or not prepared, to deliver the item to your shipping destination because it is out of their delivery area


4. We WILL NOT Price Match items from any web-site that is NOT based in the UK.
(Customers should be aware that their United Kingdom consumer rights by law may not apply to transactions carried out with non-UK based mail order companies, and that there may be future difficulties with returns and claims under manufacturer's warranties on any goods purchased from such websites.)


5. We must be able to verify the lower price.


6. Ishoppe's Price Match is an offer to treat only, and is not a binding contract until we have accepted your order and taken payment. We reserve the right not to Price Match for any reason at our discretion.


7. Our Price Match offer is available only prior to purchase. Once we have Price Matched that particular item and processed your order, we will not Price Match that item again under the same order
