A chef that feels real and makes cooking look fun and enjoyable – James Martin. We love watching his show on Saturday’s on BBC One. His recipes are strightforward and he makes everything look simple and easy. Here’s a recipe from his last programme – Braised Chicken Wings and seared scallops with hazelnuts.
James mostly seems to be using KitchenAid cooking utensiles and food processors which is rather amusing considering he has his own vast range of kitchen gadgets and appliances but it is obviously a BBC One decision, don’t you agree
